Harness The Power of Neuro Alignment To Find Your Purpose

What I do

My name is Jhi Aitken and my purpose is to help as many men as possible to find their purpose. I’m accomplished in the art of change work for men who are seeking to find direction. But instead of telling my clients what to do, I offer guidance, helping them determine the best solutions to solve their problems and embrace their potential.

I have travelled all over the world pursuing the latest and most innovative methods of change work, which have helped me to carefully craft and hone my approach.

From Master NLP Practitioner training with world-class trainer, James Tsakalos to studying at “trance camp” with the “father of modern hypnosis” Dr Stephen Gilligan, my extensive training has involved some of the most acclaimed industry professionals in the business.

I also completed breathwork instructor training in the Snowy Mountains with Australia’s leading breathwork instructor, Johannes Egberts, where I learned to survive in freezing waters by tapping into the power of breathwork.
My approach to change work is unique. My practice fuses strategies from Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Hypnosis and Breathwork to achieve the ultimate cohesive approach.

This focused practice helps me formulate the best approach for each client. This gives my clients the right tools and techniques to master the power of their minds, overcome their limitations, and recognise their true potential.

The One Degree was founded on the premise that very small shifts in our attention can bring about great change, one degree at a time.

The result? A clearer outlook on your life, and a stronger belief about who you are and what your key purpose in life is.

about-1

About Me

I have always been passionate about helping people. I believe that by being authentic and discovering balance, each of us can live a life full of meaning and contentment. In turn, we can enact change in our lives, living each day with purpose, intention, and joy.

Over the years, I’ve studied several different methods of change and will keep learning in a continuous effort to better myself and hone my practice.

My research over the past few years has focused specifically on Neuro Linguistic Programming, Hypnosis and Breathwork.

My Training

First of all, I completed Master NLP Practitioner training with James Tsakalos, a world-class NLP trainer. This in-depth NLP practitioner training and Master practitioner training ran for a total of 12 months. Since then, I’ve worked with James completing multiple training courses so I can continue to learn from the best.

When it comes to hypnosis, I have completed several training courses in order to be able to fully utilise these practices with my clients. The most notable of these was “trance camp”, where I spent a month learning from Dr Stephen Gilligan, one of the most recognised people in the world of hypnosis.

I also trained with best-selling author Dr Joe Dispenza at his advanced retreat in Florida, learning about the power of brain waves and creating change using proven, science-backed methods. Among other things, Dr Joe is famous for exploring the link between the spiritual world to science.

Finally, I have completed breathwork instructor training in the snowy mountains of NSW with Australia’s leading breathwork instructor, Johannes Egberts. Johannes trained with “The Iceman”, Wim Hoff.

Here, I learned to use the power of breathwork techniques to go into freezing waters and hike in minimal clothing through the snow. I also discovered how to create coherence between the brain and heart at a scientific level.

The One Degree Values

Alignment

True alignment allows us to feel a sense of ease in our decision-making. It helps us to become sure of our decisions and take the steps that will lead us to a higher purpose. By aligning our minds and bodies, we can live a life that is truly our own.

Kaizen

The Japanese concept of kaizen means to “change for the better” in all aspects of our lives. This philosophy of gradual yet constant improvement allows us to embrace change and use it to sustain high levels of efficiency.

Authenticity

Not only do I champion authenticity in myself, but I also encourage it in my work. Only by being true to ourselves, our spirits, personalities, and values can we ever hope to discover our true passions and live a more meaningful life.

How I Help

My true passion lies in helping others. This drives me to assist my clients in implementing incremental changes on a long-term basis, helping them to find their way.

Some of my clients are trying to find meaning in their lives. Others are looking to enact a big change in their lives, whether in their relationships, within their careers, or otherwise. Others are simply feeling lost and unsure of what they need to do to find joy in their lives again.

No matter what you’re searching for, I can help you find your purpose, add meaning to your life, and finally find the answers you’ve been looking for.
